Guide to Pokémon Returns and Refunds
Returning Pokémon items and obtaining refunds is straightforward with our easy-to-follow process. Here's how you can return Pokémon products and request a refund:
Return Eligibility:
Before initiating a return, please ensure:
- The Pokémon item is within the return period, typically 30 days from the delivery date.
- The item is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
Returning a Pokémon Item:
- Initiate a Return: Log into your account and go to 'Order History'. Select the Pokémon order you wish to return and click 'Return Item'.
- Select Return Reason: Choose the reason for the return from the available options.
- Print Return Label: Print the prepaid return shipping label and attach it to the package.
- Ship the Package: Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location.
Processing Refunds:
Once we receive the returned Pokémon item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
